In addition to being energy efficient, this home uses rainwater harvesting for its potable water. All collected rainwater is stored in a 20,000 gallon cistern under the garage floor. The Clients wanted a timeless aesthetic, both inside and out, while taking full advantage of the fantastic ocean views.
