A renovation to bring an older waterfront home into the 2020's

After more than two decades of their family enjoying this spectacular low-bank property, and with retirement on the horizon, our clients felt it was time to give their home an update. The renovations we designed were primarily focussed on better connecting the home to the ocean and view, while also creating spaces that were full of light and airiness.
